Welcome to Age of Darkness! The website ageofdarkness.co.uk (the "Service") is operated by its owners to track and aggregate community-driven campaign data for the game Horus Heresy: The Age of Darkness.

2.1.Purpose of Data Entry: The primary function of this Service is to allow users to input the results of their games (Battle Results) for monthly campaigns.

2.2.Public Aggregation: You acknowledge that the Battle Results you submit will be aggregated with other users' data to influence a global view of the ongoing campaign. This aggregated data, which may be publicly displayed, does not contain your personal identifying information (like your email address) but will be linked to your anonymized in-game contributions or user ID.

2.3.Accuracy: You agree to submit honest and accurate game results to maintain the integrity of the global campaign.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, its content (excluding user-submitted battle results), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Age of Darkness and its licensors. You retain all ownership rights to the specific, detailed results you submit; however, you grant the Service a worldwide, royalty-free license to aggregate, analyze, and display this data for the purpose of the global campaign.

Third-Party IP Disclaimer: All names of planets, armies, characters, terms, and the game system, including but not limited to "Horus Heresy," "The Age of Darkness," and related names, remain the trademarks and copyright of their respective owners, which is primarily Games Workshop. Your use of this Service does not grant you any license to use such third-party intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Age of Darkness, nor its owners or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
